Which Surefire came out in HA-BK?

Which light models did surefire released in Hard Anodize (Black) Finish - HABK?

As far as I can recall, these were the ones --

E1e Executive : around July - Oct 2003?
E2e Executive : similar to above?
E2D Defender : May 2004
L1-BK-xx
A2-BK-xx

How about those rechargeables, were they in HA-BK?

How about the C2-Emerson Knife set? There was once a thread, but I could not find it.

I know for a fact the Emerson-Surefire Set C2 is black hard anodized. I have it sitting in front of me.

The 9AN-BK is HABK
The L7-BK is HABK
The KT3-BK is HABK
The KT5-BK has a HABK collar but a standard BK TurboHead.
The X200A is HABK
The U2 is HABK

I've never seen an A2 in BK or HABK.

Recently we Singaporeans just got a whopping surprise when a local shop in Singapore shipped 5 pcs of A2 Black HAIII in. It is a pity that by the time I decided to buy it all have been grapped up.
