Look locally at electroplating shops. Most will have a minimum order that's pretty reasonable, and will certainly be cheaper than buying all your own equipment for a single run. The place I go to charges $50 minimum, but that minimum includes a lot of parts. See if you can scrounge up some more parts to split the cost up a little.
