You can get yourself an excellent 5 watt drop in from HotBeam. He makes the incredible hotlips heat sink which you could purchase with a 5 watt emitter already installed. You can find out more about it here. I just got my hotlips from him and have taken the time to install it securely in my mag. Now all i'm waiting for is my TWAK emitter. How are you planning to run it in a 3 D mag? I'm assuming you'll be using some kind of step up regulated board like the madmax.
