Who started Inforce lights?

I wondered if Inforce was founded by Emissive Energy Corp, but I'm not sure if this is the case.

Yes they started that after sending their Inova lights over to their imported products division called Nite-Ize. The early Inova lights had Emissive Energy on the tailcap until they were made overseas.
