Will surefire make an Led Strike bezel ?

I like the E2d strike bezel, will there be an led e.g KL1, KL4 with the strike bezel be made ?

Personal preferences aside I believe the KL1 will not be equipped with the crenellated bezel any time soon because it does not meet their requirements for a 'tactical' light or one that may have to be used in a force situation. *phew* /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/mpr.gif

As for the L4, hard to say. They removed the crenellations from the M6 in its newest incarnation, it has only a very lightly scalloped bezel.

You could always get an aftermarket impact device for your light though if you really wanted it.

Yup, KevinL might be referring to the GG&G TID, I think. It gives you the option of carrying it only when you need it, e.g. if you're going on a flight but am unsure if airport security might not take it too kindly, then remove it and leave it at home or check it in your luggage or something... The strike bezel, carried to its logical conclusion.

Try installing a bayonet mount on the E2e so you have the option of fixing on a bayonet.
