WiseLed?

I hadn't noticed WiseLed before, as there's not too much talk about it. But looking at their website, it seems like something must be wrong. They can get twice as much light from a 1.7" light with old K2s as any other manufacturer can get from something nearly 4 times as big and with a LED ~twice as efficient? And the runtimes are the same? Seems a bit much to be accounted for by exageration, emitter lumens, etc.

Somebody with one of their lights, or enough experience, tell me: is WiseLED the flashlight world's biggest liar or best manufacturer?
