A U60XRGT would no longer be a GT after modification, the XR designation means its running at a reduced current. If you want the brightest possible after a mod you don't want an XR. A U85 is basically the same as a U60 but with a very rare high bin Lux III, why pay extra for a emitter that will be replaced? A Seoul U60 mod will blow it away. PS This is in no way meant to be trashing of post. I wasn't sure if Kid understood the subtleties of HDS binning, and frankly I didn't go into much detail. For instance its possible but unlikely that after mod a B42 could be brighter than a U85 after mod.
PPS I wouldn't trade my HDS P4 XR for a Ti PD! Good luck though :nana:
