Rich, there's not a Leef 2x18500 C-M.
I had to buy the 2x18500 C-C and the C-M adapter(sold them awhile back, so no longer have them to offer).
Lumens Factory has an inexpensive C-M adapter now, though it's not going to be a color match.

Thanks for the info Owen - I updated the thread title and OP. That's good to know about the LF adapter. But, hopefully someone will have one of these available so the pieces will match.
