I bet this is one of the XR-E UV emitters. These are super super rare folks. Never officially released LED, only available in a small batch. I was fortunate enough to get a couple which I still need to mod into something.
The source that did have some of these has long ran out it seems.
The wavelength is 395nm but it puts out a LOT of UV.

I believe I paid close to $40 for the emitter, you may be correct.
