Sold/Expired WTB C to M Adapter or KL3/ KL5 Head

I'm looking for a C to M adapter.

I would prefer the non finned Surefire KL3/ KL5 adapter or the Surefire finned but others would work. The Lumens factory is the last choice on my list.
