WTB Surefire A19 extender/adapter, preferably that has not been bored for the 18xxx battery. Would be open to buying 2 of them (2 old 6p to 6r conversions with dead B65's).

Not exactly what you want but will do the job.
35mm EX cap will extend your 6P (2 primary) to size of 9P and will take 3 primaries.
