it's not even sinewave..
but seems like as good a price as any for msw, I haven't checked froogle yet but it is probably a pretty good buy for a modified sinewave inverter..
but why risk burning something out, or having something not work, (like a fluorescent light) and using the extra electricity?
If you can spend the money get the new sinewave Morningstar 300 watt (600 w. for 10 minutes -- now there is a useful design, say, for running a power tool, or microwave for just a little while) SINEWAVE inverter, I saw it for $235 .it's more efficient than modified, cast in epoxy, no fan; a brick.
