XP-G LF2XT?

Has anyone done this / Have a picture of the LED head looking straight down for an emitter swap? IIRC the only person who has an XP-G LF2XT is one of the vendors.

Quit clowning around. The only XP-G equiped 2XT that I know of is sitting in my pocket.

Is he really? How much extra is he charging for that service? I'm on the fence between an XP-G LF2XT or the Preon. The Preon is cheaper + comes with the 2AA body (and 160 lumens!), but I like the full feature UI & body styling of the Liteflux.

you can't beat the UI of the liteflux,.. but you can't beat the design of a preon either.
I say.. buy both :thumbsup:

the upgrade to his Ti unit was around $20

re: Preon vs LF-
two very different beasts. pick the one that fits your needs. and by the way, the LF when used with 10440 3.6V rechargeables comes awful close to that output too.

Nope, that's the neutral tint stock XPE on the left. But notice how much brighter the baseboard is lit up on the right, due to the higher total volume of light from the XPG. The XPG is just floodier.

Gonna keep my XP-Gs for some other project. Tried one out in another light and it's just too much blue.
The neutral tint of the LF2XT is hard to beat.
