Hi guys,
it's been a while ago since I first asked this, but do you guys have done some new testing regarding the XTAR 18700/18650 batteries? I like the fact they are good priced, but I cannot seem to find any good test results.
Anyone?
I am working on that, they are in my testing queue.
By the way, what's your thought on the WPA2 charger from Xtar? Looks like a good charger to me, much cheaper with the same characteristics as the PILIA?
It is a good charger, but it does not use a CC/CV algorithm. I have done a review of it, but it has been updated after that.
That's what I've been reading too. I'm looking for a good budget charger which uses the proper algorithm. Any ideas? Do you think the Xtar 2600 (with Sanyo) cells and the WPA2 charger are a good and safe combination for the 'non flashaholic'? I mean, the user who doesn't know very much about Li-Ion?
