your opinion on Ultrafire 3000mAh?

Alright I admit it ,I got the bug,I have been a member here for a couple of years and kept resisting to buy more than one flashlight until now!
I have a Fenix E20 , E01, and a few Cree something (Cheap).

I am looking for any opinion on Ultrafire 3000mAh(protected) and WF-139 charger ,these 2 items were bought from the same ebay dealer who sold me the Ultrafire 900 lumen Cree LED SSC P7-D ,I only bought the batteries so I could use the flashlight when I receive it which means these are my very fist 18650 batteries.
I know most members recommend AW batteries and Pila chargers ,I would have got them both if I could find a dealer here in Toronto ,Canada.

So please let me know what you think of the light,the charger/batteries.
I don't think the whole deal is anything to write home about but I'm happy as log as it's not a rip off.

Thank you,I did it but was looking for opinions on the torch /charger as well as the batteries.just a general thumbs up or down.
