I recently purchased, and sold, my Fenix Tk-10. Loved the beam, the brightness, and the UI; but I found the bulky/angular exterior to be a deal killer. My question is this: what other similar light comes close to, or matches, the performance of the Tk-10? I used to have a SF 6PD with a BOG drop in but need something that is two stage. I still have the BOG drop-in and I'd be willing to drop that into a 2-stage host if one exists. BTW I found the Tk-10 was much brighter than the BOG drop-in and the P3d, so I have similar expectations of this in my next light. Thanks for your suggestions. Cheers.

The T1 is identical to the TK10 on the inside and if you can remove the clip then it is more streamlined too. They are very tough and on sale now at Fenix-store.

I'm not sure if the newer Dereelight CL1H has the twist for lower mode drop-ins(seems to only work in the CL1H). If they still do, that could be an option.

Dereelight CL1H V3 with a 2-stage digital pill (light engine). This would feature a Cree Q5 WC driven at 1.2A at max. These pills are designed to work with 18650's which have more energy than two R123's which the TK10 can use as a rechargable option. However there is a new TK11 or TK20 that can now take 18650's.

The Dereelight can be set up with smooth or orange peel reflectors, depending on what you want it to do. You can also choose from a variety of drop-ins, including other P60 drop-ins such as the Malkoff M60.
