Simple homemade holster for under $1

I just made a great holster for my tigerlight - for under $1. Went to the hardware store and got a rope ring (welded steel ring) for about .90. Slipped an old dog collar that I had laying around through it - and I have an instant holster. The ring fits the tigerlight great and the dog collar lets me carry it as a lanyard or hooked through a belt. i'm thinking about getting a caribeener (sp?) to make clipping it to things a bit easier.

For my casual uses, where no running or quick movement is required, it works very well.

Edit: I added pictures! I did get the caribeener. It does swing a lot - and would not be suitable for running...
