Wal-mart around here only sells the automotive epoxies (big selection of JB Weld) and instant/fast-cure epoxies up here.
I did try locating the stuff a couple years ago, but no joy. I did find other Devcon adhesives, but 2-ton was a special-order item (Cisco in Mississauga).
Were you looking for something to create a thermal bog or just forming Sandwiches?

Go to the Devcon website. (www.devcon.com)
Type in your postal code in the "Find Local Distributor" box and it will return a list of distributors in your area.
As a sidenote: Items carried in a chain on one side of the border do not necessarily carry the same product on the other side due to distribution rights. It's a PITA at times, but that's life.
