Decided to purchase the "1 Watt Luxeon LED Tactical Flashlight" to add to my arsenal.
Ordered it from Amondotech http://www.amondotech.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=940.
Overall very satisfied with this light. I haven't actually tested the run time, but the stated run time of 2-1/2 hours is pretty amazing considering the light output this flashlight has from a single CR123 battery!
Anyhow, the tailcap switch is really tough to depress. I mean REALLY tough. The small spring which contacts the negative end of the battery in the tailcap is mighty stiff, but I don't see any way of replacing it with a different spring or modifying it. Has anyone had this same problem?
Also, maybe this is just a "typo", but on Amondotech's website the model number of this flashlight is listed as N2FX-ALX-2611X but the number on the blister pack card for my flashlight was ALX-2611L. Is there more than one model of this flashlight?
