A confirmation about Surefire beamfilters/beamshapers

Does anyone know about the beamfilters and beamshapers for the E series? I think I want to get a diffuser (F04) and red filter (F05). I read a thread that Surefire changed these in their 2005 catalog to a flipup design instead of the slipon. Why is this not mentioned much, I could only find it discussed in this one thread? If I buy these from Surefire will I get the slipons as pictured on the website (this is what I want)? Maybe it will change after the Surefire countdown in 6 days as an update to their site.

The flip-ups are good. If you want the slip-on style, buy an Accessory Pack from maglite, for the AA size Mag. The filters are the same size, and fit E-series lights.

Maglite doesn't make a diffusion filter though. You can't go wrong with the F04. TMK, SF does not sell the flip-up filters any more and have gone back to the slip-on hex style filters for the E series.
