Trying to find a better rechargeable solution for a M3. Right now using 2 150S with M3 LOLA. What if I used the M4 LOLA with 3 R123 rechargables.

My guess would be about 2C?

FredM,

I'm pretty sure the M4 LOLA (MN60) will not fit the M3.
It will fit the M3T Obviously.
An hour runtime on paper too. I wouldn't fancy running 3 unprotected RCR123's in series though. Can you not use the HOLA with the 2 x 150s?

Yeah Im sure but its still yellow and then that would be quite a load on the cells.

I am think the MN60 will fit because the M3 and the M3T both use the same Lamps. What is the current draw of the MN60? 1.5 amps?

The M3 bezel and the M3T (Millennium TurboHead) use the lamp bulbs but in different Lamp Assemblies (the TurboHead lamp assembly requires a longer neck)

A quick list:

M3 LOLA MN10 – 125 LUMENS – 60 MINS
M3 HOLA MN11 – 225 LUMENS – 20 MINS

M3T LOLA MN15 – 125 LUMENS – 60 MINS
M3T HOLA MN16 – 225 LUMENS – 20 MINS

M4 LOLA MN60 225 LUMENS – 60 MINS
M4 HOLA MN61 350 LUMENS – 20 MINS

M6 LOLA MN20 250 LUMENS – 60 MINS
M6 HOLA MN21 500 LUMENS – 20 MINS

Same lamps, yes, but different assembly.
