Does anyone know which Chinese company is the supplier of power leds to ISP, korea?

I need to know who is the supplier of the power LEDs to the company ISP in S. Korea? I know that it is a chinese company but nothing more than that.

I have a light featuring their 1 watt "Luxeon" type emitter, and it has some admirable characteristics as well as some I don't like much. All in all, it's quite useful and miserly with power.

I ordered a 1 watt from these people and they charged me 70$ for shipping for two of them.. Never been so furious about shipping... COD my a** and the leds were pure crap...
