runtime for PR SMJLED ?.

I have seen lots of review, and a runtime for an SMJLED in a minimag.

but i have yet to see an runtime on the PR version of the SMJLED with an boost circuit, that will have to affect runtimes.

I know an PR SMJLED is uses 120ma from the specifictions on an japanies website.

Useful RT 13 hours+ on 2,000 mah nimh

looks about right compared to the 1watt L1P,L2P.

the PR SMJLED is 1/3 watt.

thought it should run for longer on alkaline compared to L1P,L2P at their higher current drain.

Don't forget, my 13+ hrs RT is 2,000mah nimh, not 2,800+ alkaline.

So possibly 18 hrs+ with alkalines.

Even so, RT is approx 3 x L2P on nimh, pretty much what (watt/3) you'd expect.
