Something\'s Gotta Be Wrong With My Light Meter...
I put together a second Legend 3AA LS DirectDrive, using a Luxeon from the very latest non-Lambertian batch, and it measured a blinding 569 lux!
Thinking there must be a malfunction of some sort in the LightMan meter, I gathered up my other led lights and retreated back into my pitch black laundry room, and they all measured about the same as before.
So either the Luxeon makers have really gotten their act together lately, or this was indeed a special LS...
