If you order a certain amount, they offer a discount on the order page. It's the V.1 red type II anodized body, they're probably clearing them out to make way for the v.2 style. It has a white led.

I haven't seen these this cheap for a while... and even though I like the type III ano of the standard version, I might have to buy some of them for my friends at work.

Am I the only one who finds this interesting???

I'm not even sure you have to order a certain amount. It's posted on their clearance page for $9.99, no conditions.

If you were ever going to load up on the spotlight version, now's the time.

Yeah the shipping really does kill it. I can go to target and just pick one up for a couple dollars more.

Not at all. Thanks for the heads up.

EDIT: I ordered a couple of them. The price won't look as high next year. :D I'd still like to pick up a green one at a good price.

Yeah, I put eight in my basket, but didn't order yet. It's a good gift for someone who will use it, otherwise an it's an albatross.

The X1 v.1 rocks. I only have a royal blus one but I think I should get a red one just because. Thanks for the tip Greelight

Cool, I picked one up. WIll be my first X1, well my first Inova for that matter.

Tax is 11% where I live so even with shipping this is better than going to the store and paying $23-$24.

My wife uses an X1 at work all the time and loves it. I'm getting some more spares for her. I did the same thing for myself with the old Infinities. There were a few places that offered closeouts on them. I'm a little surprised that we're not seeing more final X1 deals.

Everyone knows this is a white led, not a red led which was never offered, right? Also, as soon as I buy a bunch, I expect the standard ones to go on clearance, too.

I expect these were made a while ago (1-2 years) and don't have the newer LED that is found in the v.2 flashlight. Some v.1 flashlights were made with the led upgrade, I think they were selling them at target.

Nevertheless it's a great light, and more than bright enough.
