I see on the superleds website they sell 3 watt as well as clustered led replacement lamps for various fixtures on a car. They claim the 3 watt model is about as bright as a regular bulb.
My question is, if you replace a 3-5 watt regualr bulb with a 3 watt led bulb, are you saving any power or getting any advantage other than the long life, quicker response and colored bulb for clear lens applications?
I was about ready to buy one for each fixture on my benz and other than the fact the blinker may not work was the fact am I saving any power replacing the bulbs.
