This has to be the sexiest EDC ever made :D
I have found a few threads about it, mostly from when it first came out.
But i would like to get some first hand user opinions on it.
What's the output like and how does it compare to the Photon lights ?
How easy is it to strip a 9V battery and get the AAAA cells from inside ?
Is it guaranteed that all Energizer 9V cells carry AAAA cells inside ? Or will i have a nice battery acid bath ?
Do they fit like a glove or will i have to get the sholdering iron out ? :p

Thanks in advance
John

i am also interested in the aunoc aaaa.

reguarding batteries, i have opened a duracell 9v and gotten 6 aaaa batteries. It wasnt too much trouble; the batteries just needed to be cleaned up a bit (cut excess metal). i am not sure energizers use aaaa's.

I just bought batteries off of e-bay for mine. I imagine it's more expensive, but it was a whole lot less time consuming. Output is similar to pretty much every other single 5mm keychain light on the planet, but the Aunoc is dive-rated and oh so sexy.

I opened up a new Fuji 9V battery a few months ago, but there weren't any AAAA cells inside...

I'd like to know which makers use AAAA cells in theirs.

The main brands. I know Energizer and Duracell use them. I assume Rayovac does as well.

I loaned my Aunoc AAAA to my sister a couple of months ago; I have not yet received any complaints. :)
Nor have I received any requests for replacement AAAA cells for it yet either.

Hmm.. too bad those are the most expensive 9V's. I was really looking for a cheap source for AAAA's.
