I use a pair of snap ring plier's with 90 degree angle tip's. Take the bezel off and set
it on a flat surface, put the plier tip's into the nub's on the lock ring and apply gentle
steady pressure and it should loosen right up. You want to try to find tip's that fit
the nub's closely for best results. Have fun. By the way, welcome to CPF!

If the ring doesn't budge, soak the bezel in some hot water for a few minutes, to loosen the adhesive Surefire uses on the threads.
