I have the Raw 3w in alum. But I just ordered the Title light. What LED do they put in the 3w. Will I notice a difference. (other than damascus steel )

I presume the Raw you have is a Luxeon one. In that case you'll notice a higher brightness of the Cree version you just bought.

Actually, did you buy it without knowing that?

I knew the new one has the new cree, I just didn't know what the one I got 2 weeks ago had. I'm really buying it because of the damacas steel . I am still waiting for the P1d cree + L1p cree I ordered a couple of weeks ago.These will be my first cree lights,unless the CR2 ION has a cree?

The CR2 ION has a Cree XR LED, not the XR-E. The XR is rated at around 56lumen@350mA while the XR-E is rated at around 85lumen@350mA.
