3V flashing led???

Hello all,

I have one of those cheapo keyring LED thing that uses a CR2016 3V battery. I am wondering what is the best FLASHING white LED that I can use with this battery??

I have seen some 3V LED. is that ok?? Any particular recommendation? It is for outside use and may get wet.
