Any opinions on TV Tuner cards for the PC?

My old computer had a Matrox video card with a TV Tuner daughter card and then I upgraded to two different ATI All-In-Wonders, both with built-in TV Tuners.

My new Dell doesn't have one and I'm sort of missing it.
Instead of changing the Nvidia video card which I'm pretty happy with I've been thinking about just an add-on TV Tuner card.

Any experiences or recommendations?
It will be in a Dell 4400.
P4 1.7 w/ 256 Ram and WinXP.

I'm using a Hauppauge WinTV card. Works well with XP and Linux, they do a good job of keeping drivers/software updated on their website. Staples had them on clearance for a ridiculous price about a month ago.

PCTV Pro.
HDTV on your PC for cheap!
Make sure you have at least 32MB of free RAM.
Video quality much better than any non-HDTV set.
Record your shows to disk or burn to CD.
