There are gizmos from Nite-Ize that are made for AA MiniMags just for that ("lite bite"?). Comes with a neck lanyard and a wide bite wing surface. Other sizes of lights require other approaches.

It was brilliant except it wouldn't fit in my holster with it on. I want something for a Fenix L1T (single AA) and the same head with a CR123 tube.
