104461. Classic 9N, No letters either.

A00394. KL1.

A04254. Original E2.

A03094. E2e.

None of those are pretty special, really. But if you add them up you get 1F0 BADD, assuming they`re Hexadecimal numbers that is. Which is pretty cool

I have been given a number of very low serial number SureFires including:

A0006X (C2-Alpha)
A0011X (E2e-Alpha)
A00018 (L1)
A000021 (9AN-HA)
A000023 (M4)
A00034 (KL3-HA)
A00056 (KL1)
A00079 (A2)

The [pre-production samples of the] "ALPHA SERIES LIMITED" were made 6 pairs of C2 & E2e
C2's were #1X to #6X and the E2e's were #7X to #12X
These samples were not matched pairs like the production run of 1000 were going to be.
The "Alpha Series" matched pairs was dropped and the E2e-CJ created instead...

I have all the above out on my desk as I type.
The reason why I pick the A2 (A00079) as my CPF name is because out of all the SureFires I have, the A2 is the most impressive.

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Arial">That's correct. My serial nr. is from my very first SureFire - the 9N - it was at the same time my only flashlight.

I would think a non-serialized proto hand engraved by the master would be rather cool.

Hand enngraved by the master is a great idea! Are either of these worthy of hand engraving? The quaility is all there. I bought 6P at police pistol range, 12Z from shomer-tec about seven yrs ago. 12 Z is in good shape,6p well used. Ron
