Is it possible to build or mod this??

1. LED... actual lumens of 300 or more
2. Regulated runtime of an hour or more
3. I just want a throw monster, not concerned about flood (I want a spotlight, not a floodlight)
4. Not too long, say about 8 inches in total

Not particular about batteries, can be either alkalines, rechargeables etc.

And... here's the important part... all within a budget of about $70 - $80 :naughty:

Anyone can do this for me?? Any recommendations??
