I recently installed some removable SATA bays into my boxes to swap drives between. In the 939 MSI system, it hot swaps without issues. Even not clicking the Safely Remove Hardware icon it doesn't hiccup, in-out no problems.
When I place the drive into the Asus M2N-Delxue rig, it fails to see it in My Computer. If I re-boot, it is fine. Then, it still doesn't show as a choice in the Safely Remove Hardware icon tray. Obviously removing it gives, XP Pro fits and it hangs the machine.
