Where's a good source for a custom LED project?

Hey all

This is what I need... an ultra-bright RGB in a 5mm X 5mm x 10mm(or less) rectangle clear package with the leads protruding out one of the 10mm x 5mm sides @ a right angle from the direction of the emitted light. The LEDs will be emitting down the length of the piece. (4 leads total, common ground or positive)

Any direction would be appreciated.

http://www.allelectronics.com/ has worked excellently as my supplier for two years or so. would round 5mm be okay for the package?

I shot out a few emails to couple of LED manufacturers from Hong Kong. It's a start.
