I wonder if the ring that Vltor makes for the E series lights would work. It should be pretty close.

Wrap it in duck take, paint it black if you want, then slip it in.
frankly, i think the activation method for the fenix precludes me from considering one as a weapon mounted light. Doesn't seem like i'd want to trust my fine motor skills with light tap vs firm press under stress. Just give me press on, release off.
