identical manufacturing style, possible from a single template, but not identical in performance as there are lights that go much longer on panasonics and others longer on surefire during side by side comparisons:huh:

Panasonic USA.
Panasonic USA makes (almost?) all of the premium 'made in the USA' brands.
FWIW Panasonic Japan makes Sanyo Japan CR123A's as well.
