Princeton Tec - \"Surge\" modifications. . .
I am wondering if it is possible to modify this light and make it into a headlamp. Has anyone tried this before? Upon closer inspection, it seems that there is the lamp, housing for the lamp, some circuitry behind the lamp housing, and a direct connection to the batteries. Now I am not sure if it is curectly soldered to the battery compartment, or if it is possible to disconnect the two, and create power leads going from the bulb housing, to batteries which will be in a pocket or backpack. If anyone knows, I would love to hear about it!!!
