Which is better for EOS mod - Seoul H-bin or U-bin P4?

Which of the following 2 bulbs I'm comparing for a mod of a Princeton Tec EOS do you think is higher quality/better?

Just trying to figure out which of these two bulbs recommended by each modder is best:

A - H-bin LED's that PhotonFanatic sells

B - Seoul u bin, P4

Just letting you know, Photon Fanatic sells Seoul P4, U bin.

I believe the H refers to the Vf (Forward voltage).

So you are comparing 2 identical items.

Probably less confusing to say he's comparing two different bin types.

U is the intensity range, and H is the Vf range.
