Which driver

I will be running a LuxIII, not sure of the Bin, it should be here in a couple of days. Will be running it on 3 primary 123's in parallel, this will give 3.2V fresh, down to about 2.6V fairly drained.

This should keep my Vin less than the Vf demand of the LuxIII, with the benefit of greater amp hours from batts in parellel.

I am looking for a faily simple driver that will give between 700-800ma.

Options that I have identied are:
Micropuck, but it only puts out 500 ma.
Fatman, good output, adjustable output (seems to be what I need)
Possibly the BB NexGen 750mA, similar in price to Fatman, multiple output levels, not quite as sure of its specs, and wiring.

If there are any other options avialble, please feel free to hand out ideas, this will be my first upgrade.

I think the GD series is what your looking for,its available with outputs in the range your looking for(800ma),all the way up to over 1000ma,with an input range of 1.8v to 5.4v.Waynes also working on a multiple output version of this driver.

If you want cheap, this DX driver is around 650 mA at 3v input and this driver can be set to a specific drive current(and the UI can be shorted out, picture).

Any reason you purchased a Luxeon III?
