Did anyone else notice the packaging of the Fenix T1...

... looks VERY similar to the style used by Inova? Even the enclosed multi-fold manual, registration, etc. looks very similar.

PS - I'm not bashing, simply observing...

Yea I did notice that VH. I think they could have done much better on the packaging. I like the gift boxes you get with Dereelight, Lumapower, Tiablo, Wolf Eyes, etc. This just seemed kinda chincy imo.

I don't have a problem with the type of packaging it is. After all, so long as it protects the product until I have it in my greedy little hands, then it did its job. I think presentation boxes might add needless expense if you're a user and not a collector. Maybe if it was offered as an option. I just thought the new T1's packaging is obviously designed to look "familiar" to purchasers of other high-quality lights. :sssh:
