Fenix T1 clip activates high mode?

I've bought two Fenix T1's, long story. :D

On both of them if you unscrew the head so it *just* engages the lower mode, then leave the light on, pulling the clip out around 1-2mm engages the high mode.

Both of them do this, so I'm hoping it's just a general design fault rather than a fault with my individual lights.

Can any other Fenix T1 owners tell me if this happens with their lights?

More likely it's just the slop in the threads allowing the circuit to make contact when the head moves.

You're right.

If you turn the head a bit more, the clip doesn't activate high mode.

I like this light! Thanks Fenix!

Yup, just like you can activate an ArcAAA, and CMG Infinity, or a Fenix L0D by slightly pressing on the head once you've set up the threads just right.

Thats pretty much the rule with all twisties...some harder then others, but theoratically, it can be done with all
