definately OPTICSHQ when buying in Canada... tell them your a CPF member and ask for regular cheap old usps shipping. from their shop in CA to my home in Alberta averages around 1 week. not bad to save a boatload of cash.
Compared to prices in Canada (even with shipping) i usually save 30+%
