Gladius Upgrade - How long does it take?

I have been patiently waiting over 5 weeks now for my Gladius to be returned after sending it in for the upgrade. I have called several times and left several messages and have not received a return phone call. I have sent emails an all I get is a standard reply stating they will check the status and let me know. Their website stated it could take 2 to 3 weeks and I am at week 5. :mad:

So, my question is, how long has it taken others to get their Gladius upgrade done? Why does their customer service department not return any phone calls?

Just curious what everyone else's experience has been.

I sent it to the address on the website, when you place the order. It is in MO, USA. I live in Nebraska, 1 state away. I can understand if there is a parts shortage or some other issue, but the lack of response from their customer service is not satisfactory.
