What else if Arctic Silver is not available?

I am collecting parts to modify some lights, but yesterday I found out that there is a restriction to import Arctic Silver (in fact, any chemical compound) to El Salvador, unless I ask for an authorization which is going to cost me three to four times the product price + import duties + custom services, I mean, something closed to $ 50, so no way.

I would like to know what other thermal conductive adhesive products can I use instead of Arctic Silver to stick SSC P4 and SSC P7 to HAIII heatsink.

Probably any other recommended product can be found here in electronics stores.

I use epoxy mixed with alumina oxide powder, which is one of the same ingredients found in those thermal epoxies.

Go to a Computer parts store or local PC builders and ask for CPU heatsink ashesive or RAM adhesive, that might work.
