For sale is a Ti PD 6 Flute design with green trit in the plunger.

Nice specimen, but not mint. The light shows signs of carry and has 2 dings in the Ti. One in the bezel - one in the tail. If you are looking for a shelf queen, this isn't it! This light you can throw in your pocket immediately and not worry about scratching it. The Ti clip looks great, with only very minor marks from pocket wear.

The light functions perfectly - just like all of Don's creations.

I paid $550 for it about three weeks ago.

Asking $520 shipped, including Paypal to the 48 US states. Add for int'l and insurance if wanted.

Feel free to post questions or PM me.

Thanks for Looking!

Joseph

Looking at the 4th picture it looks like a Luxeon and not a Cree LED.
Other than that

OK, you guys caught me! I'm not sure about the emitter. Cree or Lux? Anybody wanna weigh in? I was just going off Don's pages for that info!

I'm sure you have a Cree light somewhere....Look at the emmiter and notice the difference between a Cree and the Lux PD you have here. Also the difference in brightness will be quite noticeable... Im surprised with all the high end lights you own you can't tell the difference :poke:

If that's a cause for a price-drop, I'm in trouble. :sick2:

Re: Original McGizmo Ti-PD - 6 Flute!

6 flute ti PD is my favorite version. it's got a luxeon with a super nice tint. all the component to upgrade has been sitting in my drawer for the last year (spare heatsink, reflector, P4, SMT resistor)

have not done the upgrade because ti PD already does everything really well. it's already plenty bright, excellent runtime (mine is a mizer) and a wonderful tint.

OK, you guys caught me! I'm not sure about the emitter. Cree or Lux? Anybody wanna weigh in? I was just going off Don's pages for that info!

Beautiful....this is the actual light that got me started,it seems as though alot of things are replicated in its design(I guess thats the greatest compliment). Thanks joseph, the mild incidents you proclaimed I really had to look to see them, which will give me more than reason to carry it myself(on occasion anyway)...this peice is perfect as original setup,I wouldn't change a thing, very pleased.
