Hello,

I'm planning to mod my Surefire E2e.
I want to put a <a href="http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.1885">P7</a> into a modified head with the driver also in the head.
Will the driver in this thread fit? http://www.kaidomain.com/ProductDetails.aspx?ProductId=1770

What kind of battery specs can these drivers and the P7 take?
Can they take 2 CR123a's or just 1? What other batteries are compatible for the driver/P7 and can fit in the E2e body with little or no modifications?

Also, if you can help mod a E2e head for me or mod the body to fit a certain battery, please PM me.

Thanks!
Victor

I modded one of my E-series bezels with a Seoul, driver, and reflector.
I used an E-can from the Shoppe to house the driver. I used a downboy for my driver. I then used a penny with a few holes drilled through it and mounted a Seoul to it as a heatsink. Next I drilled out the stock reflector using a Uni-Bit and replaced it with an Mcr20S reflector from the Shoppe. While the LED/ Driver housing doesn't screw in, it all (the pill) fits inside of an E-series bezel.

The driver you want to use is too large to fit inside the bezel, and heatsinking will be an issue for the P7. Not saying it can't be done, but you will need to be creative.
