Sorry if this sounds like a silly question but.....
Looking at any particular LED they seem to come in various tints,Vf's and lumen.
I can understand the desire of the manufacturer to produce different tints for different needs but what about Vf's and lumen?
Are these more to do with lack of consistency in the manufacture process?
