Are there any mods or led conversions for the StreamLight Scorpion? I have that I don't often use. I'd like to "update" it.

There are a few that I know of. The surefire LED heads for the E series I believe may fit the scorp.
Do a search of the old archives for E series compatibility.
The only problem with purchasing surefire LED heads is you end up wanting more.

Check out this post... if you're referring to the Scorpion LED.
Lighthound.com used to sell Scorpion models that were bored out to accept an 18650 cell. Those also came with Strion bulbs inside the Scorpion's bezel. Such a mod could be done by anyone willing to buy a Strion bulb and bore out the barrel. (Or find someone with a bit of skill and a steady hand to do it for them).
